Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at legal@aitodex.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Each user may maintain one free account. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information.

By using the Service, you grant LEBILIX LLC a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

The AITODEX platform — including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of LEBILIX LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.

Content generated by AI features within AITODEX is provided to you as the output of the tool. You are responsible for reviewing AI output for accuracy before publishing or distributing it. We make no warranties about the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content.

AI-generated content is produced by language models and may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or outdated information. AITODEX provides AI tools as productivity assistants — not as authoritative sources. Always verify critical information before publishing.

AI features consume "credits" which reset monthly according to your plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits are consumed upon making a request, regardless of whether you use the generated output.

AI capabilities may be provided by one or more third-party model providers (including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic, where configured). Use of these features is also subject to applicable provider terms, including Google's Generative AI Terms. We may change or route between providers to maintain availability, quality, and performance.

The Service is not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. You are solely responsible for independent review before relying on AI output in high-risk decisions.

We offer the following plan tiers:

Plan limits and feature availability are enforced at runtime by your active subscription. The latest commercial pricing and billing-cycle offers are displayed on the Pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (if offered). Payment is processed by Polar.sh. By subscribing, you authorize LEBILIX LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If a downgrade results in exceeding new plan limits, access to excess resources will be restricted until you are within limits.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges unless stated otherwise. If a payment is reversed, chargebacked, or remains unpaid, we may suspend paid features until amounts due are resolved.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Account Settings. Upon deletion, your content will be removed within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• You have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure
• We receive a valid legal order requiring termination
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months (with 30 days notice)

Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and LEBILIX LLC regarding the Service.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, infrastructure failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, natural disasters, or acts of war.
